About Strike Stretching & Massage

Welcome to Strike Stretching & Massage. My name is William, and since 2009 I have been licensed in Massage Therapy in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington. My passion is helping people move better, recover naturally, and regain confidence in their bodies through advanced stretching and therapeutic bodywork techniques.

At Strike Stretching, every session is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free—whether you’re enjoying an active island lifestyle in the Florida Keys or simply looking to move through daily life with greater ease and comfort.

I specialize in advanced massage therapy and assisted stretching techniques that go beyond the typical spa experience. Sessions are focused on corrective bodywork, mobility improvement, recovery, and long-term wellness—not simply relaxation. A large part of treatment focuses on improving movement, restoring flexibility, and safely challenging the body’s structure through guided range of motion exercises and assisted stretching methods.

One of my greatest passions is working with both fresh and long-standing injuries, post-surgical recovery and joint replacements, chronic pain conditions, stiffness, and limited mobility caused by everyday wear and tear. During your session, you will also have the opportunity to learn self-treatment techniques through Active Isolated Stretching so you can continue improving between appointments and maintain your progress long term.

To support recovery and performance, sessions may incorporate a combination of:

• Active Isolated Stretching
• Sports Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Assisted Stretching Techniques
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage

During treatment, you’ll develop practical knowledge to help maintain improved range of motion (ROM), flexibility, and strength long after the session ends. These techniques are also an excellent way to decompress the entire human frame, reduce tension, improve circulation, and restore natural movement patterns throughout the body.

Strike Stretching & Massage is currently an in-home and mobile-only service. Treatments are provided directly at homes, vacation rentals, and resorts throughout the Florida Keys for clients seeking professional therapy in a comfortable and convenient environment.

Travel is included for:

• 90-minute sessions or longer
• Two or more clients at the same location

For sessions under 90 minutes, additional out-of-area travel fees may apply:

• Islamorada & Lower Upper Keys — $40
• Key Largo & Upper Keys — $75
