I have been under a lot of physical and mental stress lately so my daughter decided to surprise me with a massage.  I can honestly say this was the best massage that I have ever had. I was in need of a therapeutic massage to help with acute muscle strain and symptoms related to sciatica. I am grateful that I found William. He is highly professional and skilled. He carefully listened to my needs and concerns and tailored his approach to meet my needs. My muscle pain, spasms and nerve pain were greatly diminished following a one hour massage with him. I returned a week later with hopes of solidifying the positive effects of treatment and again found the massage very therapeutic and beneficial. I was recently referred to William by my friend and personal trainer as I’m always trying to keep my body from falling apart I usually get a massage 3-4 times a month for relief.   Finding somebody consistent in the keys had been a challenge.  I have to say, the combination of stretching and massage from William is fantastic. He will make house calls with no additional charge.   William has deep knowledge of anatomy and is great at finding the tough spots.  Had a home massage the other day by the pool and when my wife got home she wanted one too. Even she was impressed by Williams’s skill and knowledge. As a physician, I wanted to improve my own physical strength and conditioning, so I started doing Pilates about 5 years ago.  I was getting frustrated by the slow rate of my progression.  As the saying goes “ When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”.   I was fortunate to meet William and was introduced to Active Isolated Stretching for the very first time.  I was immediately taken by his attention to me as a person and his ability to quickly assess the strengths and limitations of my body with respect to its strength, flexibility and range of motion.  He is an avid fisherman and this has shaped his character as he has learned so many important life lessons which carry over to his occupation as a therapist.  He has transformed my understanding of the benefits of stretching and the integral role it plays in strengthening muscles! William is an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate provider. He listens to your issues and concerns, discusses a corrective plan and explains each aspect in terms that anyone can understand. I found him to be encouraging and supportive throughout each of our sessions. He effortlessly managed my expectations and made sure to point out improvements and progress along the way. After 8 back surgeries with half my back fused I finally have some relief after working with William. I like the fact that he helps you stretch and also provides videos to continue on your own after or in between treatments. He's an exceptional massage therapist, but William should add 'wizard' to his credits. He's not just good: He's that rare combination of knowledge, talent and attentiveness. And he's funny, to boot.
Plus, he's effective.
